The Main difference between these alcohol is the purity level 99% alcohol is almost pure and denature by cosmetic safe agent like DEP, moisture where as 96% is dentaured by 4% with cosmetic safe agents like DEP,moisture.
99% is very harsh on skin where as 96% alcohol is very smooth on skin just like a water. 96% alcohol is most common alcohol being used by big brands.
Premix is basically a combination of perfume grade alcohol, fixatives and solvents in right amount.Its increase the performance of perfume by adding depth, lomgevity and projection .You just need to simply add your premix in your fragrance oil and your perfume is ready to use . It will save you a lot of time
Galaxolide Pure
Concentration: 100% Galaxolide (undiluted).
